Thanks.

Quite simply, no.
The only thing you can do is create a folder and place the unwanted apps in there:

Im afraid you cant do this yet however Apple are in the process of allowing you to do this0

Thank you! I wish I could downgrade back to earlier versions.
I will create a folder, while I wait patiently for Apple to allow me to remove Apps that are of no use to me and are taking up space.n::T“It was only a sunny smile, and little it cost in the giving, but like morning light it scattered the night and made the day worth living.”

there a class action lawsuit underway in the US because Apple is forcing people to constantly update to the newest firmware and preventing users from doing rollbacks. This is quickly making older iPads redundant. As they struggle with all the bloatware. iPad 4 recently got Siri on it, which was initially not available.
JUst noticed ipad3 is now completely useless for watching video/powerpoint etc. iPad 4 is really showing its age now as well.
they would be fine on original software, but force installing latest software makes them slow. iOS9 was the worst the nag screen to update was beyond ridiculous.0 -
I guess no news from the class action suit, as my ipad is still trying to install sh*te.“It was only a sunny smile, and little it cost in the giving, but like morning light it scattered the night and made the day worth living.”
