I was in there many years ago, the bloke behind the counter said to me, "do you want to apply for such and such an account, you get this and this", I said OK. He shot up from the desk and came out from behind the security door, and led me to a desk. I signed up for the account.

The manager came over, and said to this person, "you can't leave the counter like that, there is a big que etc".

She walked off, this person then said "Don't worry about her, she is a !!!!!".

When do they find the staff.

In recent times, staff have been very blunt, I really don't care for such tones.

Still its not as bad as Halifax.
