Raging at airtricity! Phoned Budget and asked for a switchover to them for our electric. Cooling off period over, so phoned Budget for update. Budget said that Airtricity had rejected my switchover as I had an 'outstanding liability'!!!
Upon phoning airtricity to ask what this was about, they said I had an outstanding bill of £115 from before putting the keypad in, in 2013!!!
This is the first I have known about this,, have never received a letter? I have even had to phone airtricity customer services on several occasions, and no one ever mentioned anything!!!!
I have asked for a statement to be sent to me via email. In the meantime I am still paying a high unit price on my electric!!!!!! 😁😁
