Hotpoint Prize Draw

Please note that this prize draw is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook. By entering the prize draw, entrants release Facebook in full from any action or claim arising out of the prize draw.
Prizes consist of 15 x RZAAV22P1 White Hotpoint freezers (RRP £155.00). There will be 15 winners.
No cash alternative will be offered for the prizes and the prizes are non-exchangeable and non-transferable Hotpoint reserves the right to substitute the prizes for items of similar value.
The prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 or over. Employees and staff of Iceland, their respective families and any agencies or anyone connected with this prize draw are not permitted to enter. Please note Bonus Card membership is not required for entry to the prize draw.
Entries to the prize draw are made by completing the form which relates to the prize draw http://www.iceland.co.uk/hotpoint-prize-draw/. Entries must be made between 25 January 2016 and 12 midnight on 7 February 2016. Entries received outside this time period will not be considered. Entry is free. Internet access and valid email address are required. Only one entry per valid email account.
The winners will be selected at random during the week commencing 8 February 2016 using a random computer process. The winners will be contacted by email by Hotpoint within 5 working days. A winner will need to respond to the email within 14 days of being notified to claim their prize and confirm their address. If the winner does not contact Hotpoint within 14 days, the prize will be forfeited and the prize will be re-drawn in accordance with the process set out above.
Hotpoint will endeavour to dispatch the prizes within 2 - 5 working days of the winner confirming their address. Dispatch and expected delivery time of between 2 – 5 working days depends on the winners’ geographical location. Delivery times are subject to availability. Iceland accepts no liability for any lost or delayed prizes. Hotpoint will remove a winner’s existing under unit freezer free of charge when delivering the prize, if required by the winner, although the appliance must be a like-for-like appliance. Installation services will not be provided.
The result of the prize draw is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Iceland reserves the right to cancel or amend the prize draw or these terms and conditions at any time without prior written notice if circumstances beyond Iceland’s control make this necessary. Iceland will not be responsible for any entries that are incomplete, lost or delayed or have not been transmitted due to computer error or any other reason which is beyond Iceland’s control. Proof of entry is not proof of receipt.
By completing the entry form, entrants are deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions. Entrants also agree that Iceland may contact them from time to time with offers and information from Iceland. Entrants will be given the opportunity to unsubscribe from this service in each communication.
The prize winners’ names may be posted on Iceland’s website and other social media pages and their names and counties will be made available on request once all winners have been confirmed; please contact Iceland Customer Care on 0800 328 0800. Lines are open between 8am-9pm Monday-Friday, 8am-8pm Saturday and 8am-6pm Sunday. Calls may be recorded for security and training purposes.
By entering the prize draw, the winners agree to participate in publicity relating to the prize draw on the reasonable request of Iceland.
The only personal data Iceland will process about each entrant for the purpose of the prize draw is their name, date of birth, email address and, if provided, their mobile number and for the winners, further contact details for delivery of the prize if provided to Iceland (“personal data”). Iceland will share winners’ personal data with Hotpoint for the purpose of notifying the winners that they have won and arranging delivery of prizes. Iceland will process personal data fairly and lawfully in accordance with the principles of the Data Protection Act 1998. Iceland may be required by law or court order to share personal data with the police or other law enforcement authorities.
The prize draw is governed by the law of England and Wales and is subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
