Higher Loan Rate for not taking PPI

I took out a loan advertised at a particular interest rate. The loan I was offered, because I turned down
PPI, was at a higher rate than if I'd taken out the PPI, as I was deemed a higher risk. Can I reclaim any
of the additional interest that I paid as a result on not taking the PPI?

No. Cross subsidy deals are allowed. You chose not to partake in the cross subsidy deal and got the rate that reflected the deal you chose.

Yes. Almost word for word. Perhaps the OP created another account hoping for a different answer?
