National Power PLC and Powergen PLC

HELP!!

We are currently reviewing details of a family members shares and there are some stated for National Power PLC and Powergen PLC, but from researching, they don't exist!

Does anyone know who has bought the company and does anyone know how we can cash/retrieve these shares!

For the Powergen shares you will need to talk to the E.ON investor relations people.

National Power looks rather messy to track down being split in foreign ownership.. I dont know an easy way of doing it.

Not sure if I can help here but happy to give you a bit of information. Powergen were taken over by E.ON a number of years ago. If you drop an email to the address in my Profile, I can let you have details of who are looking after enquiries about old Powergen shares.

As I say, not sure if it will help but happy to give you the details.
