My refund had a sting in the tail.After raising a complaint i was told they had. without notice,refunded directly into the bank account .Found and COMPLAINT CLOSED. SP have now reopened it 12 months later demanding repayment of an alleged debt. no reason why. phone calls ,emails and letters demanding this with extra charges involved. I left them in August 2014 with a zero final account.This tail needs docking !.
