Hi,
I have condensation problem despite having a vent opn 24 hrs. Does internal insulation help? Should I go for it?

Where is the condensation forming? If walls then yes but the condensation will "move" to the next coldest surface likely to be the Windows.
Add more heat and forced ventilation as well look at PIV from nuaire.0 -
Is the shower or bath on a lot and do you have an effective bathroom extraction fan, placed correctly and with an overrun facility?
Do you dry clothes in the house?
Do you heat the house most of the time?
Where is the condensation forming? All rooms or just one or 2? Are these rooms used regularly? Are they near the bathroom or where you dry clothes?
Look at how condensation is forming at treat the cause.
