I went on a DMP with Stepchange - it took about five and a half years. Mostly it was fine - but it was a hard lesson, and difficult at times. I'm pleased to be out of the other end of it no doubt, and proud that I paid back every penny I borrowed, and very proud of the way I am now. I find that being on here has helped a lot - my diary gives me a place to vent and the threads give me a lot of support and challenges. My only regret is not starting sooner. You will get there, and be so much better for it at the other side. Not giving up

Good luck, and dont worry my DMP is twice as much as your, but its all relative. Nearly 2 years in and some ricky times but you definitely wont regret it, and it works, I have paid back some £11000 already which shows to me that once I come out the other side I can save that amount in the same timeframe. Good luck with baby too.I'm a greenfield sight for sore eyes, and sore eyes are just needing the light, the shapes, and the shadows of the space we share, before it splits into Thin Air.0
