I have just done a check on my gas/electric, I am currently with EDF on the blue + price promise FEB 17 however in the results one of the options at £70 cheaper is that same tariff how can that be?

Should I stay with them.

Thanks

Sounds like you have done something ... or possibily lots of things ... wrong

EDF's blue + price promise FEB 17 tariff only launched a week yesterday, so I'm not sure how you can already be on it.

But if you are, and you are sure it was the cheapest rate when you applied for it some time within the last 8 days, I suggest you stick with it at least for a few more days.

If you are not sure - phone a comparison site for help - most have a number you can call for help & advice :)
  • Sorted just in case anyone has the same problem there was a blue + fixed price promise Feb 17. There is a new deal called blue + price promise Feb 17 ( doesn't say fixed but it is) which is a different tarrif entirely.
