this week I receive a letter from Barclays reopening an unsuccessful claim made 2 years ago. They want to know 1.who I worked for? 2 pay weekly /monthly? 3 savings? 4 sick payments if applicable?
this was originally 2003 and I barely remember should I tell them I had no savings and was broke ?should I tell them the company I worked for would pay me when I was off sick ? they really took me for a lot of ppi . I want it back and when this went to the ombudsman before I failed. This time I don't want to fail. if someone would answer my questions I would really appreciate it .Thanks

You tell them the truth.

You are getting very lucky then as ombudsman rejected cases do not need to be reopened. This time I don't want to fail. if someone would answer my questions I would really appreciate it .T
Telling lies is a good way to get rejected if they catch you out. You lose all credibility which is damaging on balance of probability decisions.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA).
