Entrants must be 21 years old or over, however if the winner is not 21 they will not be able to take the car hire element unless they take another person who is over 21. This is due to the car hire company's rules and regulations. Transfers will not be supplied if all of the prize winners' party are under the age of 21.

The prize draw is open to residents of the UK, except employees of Sainsbury's, St Petersburg/Clearwater Florida, their families, Travelplanners, agents or anyone else professionally associated with the draw and competition.

Only one entry per household, excludes employees of British Airways and their immediate families.

Entries are to be submitted by completing the registration form on sainsburysmagazine.com/win

The closing date for receipt of entries is 23:59 on 31 March 2016

The winner will be selected in a random draw by Sainsbury's. If the winner is not contactable within seven days, Sainsbury's reserve the right to reallocate the prize awarded to the next randomly drawn valid entry or to forfeit the prize.

The winner's details can be obtained by sending an SAE to the marketing department at Sainsbury's magazine, Seven, 3-7 Herbal Hill, London EC1R 5EJ .

The judge's decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or an alternative holiday or combined with any other offer, promotions or discount.

It is the winner's responsibility to ensure they have valid passports and visas and are legally entitled to travel to the USA. Travel and medical insurance are also the winner's responsibility.

The holiday prize for 2 people comprises:

-2 return air tickets from London, Manchester, Glasgow or Belfast to Orlando or Tampa

-7 night's hotel accommodation at The Sirata Beach Resort, St. Pete Beach

-Car hire with Avis

Prize is subject to availability and travel is valid from 15 April and travel completed by 15 December 2016. Black-out dates apply. Book by 30 June 2016.

The prize excludes: (a) Any form of travel or medical insurance. (b) Any accommodation extras (eg telephone, mini-bar, room service, meals etc) (c) Any personal expenses and spending money.

The winner must agree to have his/her name published as the winner of the competition and to be photographed for promotional purposes, if requested.

Only one prize is available and it will be drawn under independent supervision, the winner of the prize will be notified and contacted by St Petersburg/Clearwater Florida and Travelplanners.

By ticking the relevant opt-in boxes; entrants agree to receive offers and further information from the relevant party by post and/or email.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances Sainsbury's or St Petersburg/Clearwater, Florida reserve the right to offer alternative prizes of equal or greater value.

No responsibility will be accepted by Sainsbury's for loss of entries through technical fault, transmission delays or incomplete, illegible or other damaged entries. Proof of entry is not automatically proof of receipt.
