Hello, Forum.
I've tried to find a letter of authority template so I can help claim back PPI on behalf of my busy partner. Does anyone know if such a things exists, or better yet, have a link to where one can be downloaded?

Dont use a template. Template letters tend to have a lower success rate. Mainly as they lack personalisation and many people leave in reasons that are basically lies and easily disproved. This reduces the credibility of the person complaining and a decision requiring a of balance of probability usually goes to the most credible side.
