    You should attend. But make sure you have read all the threads both on here and CAG for grounds for opposing a stay in case you have an application for a stay that way you will have something to say as to why it should not be stayed. Also make sure you have fully prepared your case.
    As I am not the Pope or legally qualified I may be wrong so feel free to get a second opinion from a qualified person

    You should take with you copies of all the documents you have sent to the court as wel as anything else that would support your case. You may also wish to prepare a note of what you want to say.l
