I have a key meter and have always received my £140 on the very first top up. The letter from SSE states that it may take several top ups (normally three to five) before the discount registers. I have now topped up five times and still nothing, have others had to top up many times before receiving the discount?

I would contact SSE complaints and raise this issue with them. As your meter may need adjusting by the meter man.

Yes I do, had one letter from HM Government and one from SSE.
