0% balance transfer

I am trying to rebuild my credit. I already have a capitol one card. I did the eligibility on this website as I am looking for one that does 0% balance transfers but the only one that came up with an 80% chance of getting is capitol one who I am already with. Does anyone know if it is worth me applying do they let you tranfer from one card to another with the same company.
Thanks

What types of balances can I transfer?

You can transfer balances from other credit cards, personal loans, student loans, and auto loans. You will not be able to transfer a balance from another account issued or acquired by Capital One or any of its affiliates or subsidiaries.

if you are trying to rebuild your credit why are you looking for 0% Balance Transfer card? Applying for balance transfer cards does not improve your situation it simply moves the debt temporarily so you just pay the mininum without the interest. If you have a capitalone card the credit limit will be between 100 and 1500 setup a direct debit for at least the minimum amount and make additional payments each month to try to get the balance down quicker as possible
