Try looking at the tourist infomation sites for the area's you are interested in.
Usually you find cottage accomodation is advertised.
Email the owner's of any that can accomodate all of you, and ask for price and availability for New Year.
Good luck:j0 -
Good luck with your hunt. The big houses are usually the first to go. When I was looking for our New Year house (for 12 people) I really struggled to find anything still available, and this was in May!!
You could try the following:

Fingers crossed that you find something suitable.

Hiya,
My friend & her family books these every other year and they have to book anything up to 2 YEARS in advance - they come away and they book for the folowing holiday. She gets a brochure with cottages in - the same post as above, but if you want one of these you really have to book a long way ahead. Now really is too late unless you put your name down for a cancellation or for booking for next year.
Plus, the price doubles at Xmas & New Year!! I believe they pay around £2000 for a cottage for 15 people but the cost is split between their respective familes.0 -
We (about 30 people) stayed at a Youth Hostel last Easter. You can book the whole thing with only you there, but Im sure it gets booked up early for New Year, worth a try though. http://www.escape-to.co.uk/offerinfo.php?id=240

Had a quick look at this site, there are two properties available for 10 people over New Year.
I have nothing to do with the site, I get the emails from them as my friend has a 2 bed cottage advertised on there.
Hope it helps, not exactly the area you wanted tho??:j0 -
