in Parking tickets, fines & parking
Hello,

I parked in a car park in Southampton called Liberty Quay.

I paid for my parking however due to rushing to try and get there before kick off for the start of the Southampton match I picked the wrong car on my ring go app.

In short I paid for the correct amount of parking I just did it for the wrong car.

Premier Parking Ltd have declined my appeal and I am now not sure what to do. Surely I do not have to pay the £60 fine when i did pay for the parking?

I am not sure why as I showed them evidence of paying for parking just for the wrong car.

Any help or advice would be much appreciated.

    It is a common human error which has cost the parking company nothing, why should you pay them this money again?

    Please confirm the precise name of the company as there are more than one beginning with Premier. The two I can find are both with the BPA so you can beat them at PoPLA, but neither company is called Premier Parking Ltd. All is explained in the Sticky thread for NEWBIES.

    Read my thread about Premier Park (search for my name). Loads of useful info if you search Premier Park and Southampton.

    You should be able to beat these guys at POPLA easy. They have a habit of getting the dates wrong. Just don't admit you or anyone else was the driver. Read the newbies thread.
