I asked someone from L&c about 2 weeks ago and he said everything should be done approx first week of Feb.
I've emailed them yday morning to ask them again, so I'm just waiting for their reply.

Received my valuation report today from Tsb and have been advised my London and Country MOrtgages that I'll hear something by Monday..... So fingers crossed.
Valuation was good; just a few things pointed out On the report so I'll get this looked into with a full survey.
Any advise of where I could get a good for value survey???0 -
