Hidenda

Can anyone advise please. My mum has filled in an online form for PPI with Hidenda. She says she signed some kind of form electronically!! Im now worried she has tied herself into something. She only did it yesterday can she cancel?

Comments

  • Very few institutions offer PPI these days. It's a toxic brand, so it's very unlikely this is what your Mother signed up for.

Regardless, there is bound to be a cooling off period on any insurance etc she may be having second thoughts about.

Probably best to be contacting the firm rather than posting about it on a discussion forum.
  • Thanks for your reply, just remembered about the 14 day cooling off period. Panic over!
  • Hidenda is a claims chaser.

Get the cancellation in pronto and do it yourself if there really was PPI.
