I keep looking but can't find out
how do I share my amazon prime for shopping without the people seeing what I have ordered (I order lots of presents from there) or seeing my card details
I want to let my daughter use it and my partner
I can't seem to find the answer anywhere
thanks
ps I know this is probably not the right category so please feel free to move thanks

I didn't know you could do this, i'll be interested to see the answer.0

Click on Your Account at the top of the Amazon page
Click on Manage your Prime Membership
near the bottom is a box to add other peoples email addresses to share the delivery benefit with them.
(this might link there https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/primecentral)
You can only share the delivery benefit this way, for the video watching you have to log in with your details.0 -
Your daughter and partner need their own amazon shopping accounts.
You can then choose to share the Prime membership with them.
Since the shopping accounts are separate, no one can see anything on the others, even with Prime in common.
I shared my Prime with Mum so I can confirm the above advice through experience.0 -
Don't they need the same card details to share ?0

Myself and my partner share Amazon Prime that he pays for, and I use via my own account. Everything's completely separate but for us sharing a home address.
If one of my orders is late, I can even complain to Amazon on Live Chat and they'll (usually) extend his subscription by a month for the pair of us.
It's a very good system, and very private.0 -

I signed up and paid for Amazon Prime.
I then followed the steps outlined in post #3 to share the benefits with Mum.
At no stage then or since do we share anything other than a home address, be it order details, card details etc.0 -

Well I never knew this, now my wife can buy me presents and I won't know how much they cost until I get my credit card bill.0

Wow I didn't know you could do this. I am definitely going to do this now as my husband and I both have Amazon Prime, so this is going to save us paying for it twice :j0

Hi my son has added me, I received the email from Amazon confirming this and it shows up on mine and his amazon we are joined but I cannot get the free 1 day delivery to come up ? Does it take time for this to start normally? It also says about videos but cant get that either, not bothered about that part just the free delivery? Any ideas?
EDIT
SORTED NOW THANKS0
