I have not received my government £12 green electricity rebate for this year from my energy supplier, extra energy. I informed EE around a month ago that I had not received the rebate because it is way overdue. Surprise, no reply to my email.
So what is the correct procedure for claiming back this rebate if the energy supplier decides to ignore you?
I know it's only £12 but I hate companies that take advantage of the consumer.

Through online Bills and Payments. Last year the rebate showed up immediately in my balance credit.

This is EE- you can't rely on the online Bills and Payments section -stuff doesn't always appear there.

You need to wait for a proper .pdf bill

This last one was shown as a credit on the bill for my daughter. Last year I had it as a payment and my daughter had it as a bill credit.
