Multi-Point Lock Door Problem

Hi All
I have a multi point locking door on my "conservitory" thats casuing me issues. The bottle "latch" doesnt retract all the way when its opened, meaning that if you push the door closed, the latch catches and doesnt close the door, you need to manualy push the latch back into place to close the door (camera on phone knackered, will try to get pics as soon as poss). Anyone had this before? Is it repairable?

Sounds like the latch is broken. You can buy a new cartridge (as long as your doors aren't too old) to replace the broken one and everything should be fine again.
