Whats your experience of Airtricity.

I don't like their bully like sales techniques, loitering at the entrances to shops etc and cold calling.

Also don't agree with paying utility bills by direct debit based on estimated readings, but that is another debate...

How did you manage to get the £30 introductory offer out of them, as to get that before, I had to leave for up to 30 days?


Did they let you speak personally to the loyalty team or just put you on hold while the rep talked to them on your behalf?

I just rang them up, told them I'd been a customer for quite a few years and asked what could they do to keep me as a customer. I was transferred to the loyalty team and it was no problem. They said about the £30. I didn't realise you could get it again. I'm as surprised as you were, and wouldn't even have thought of ringing and asking apart from this thread!!
