I had a policy with mazda credit in 2008 and was unsure if i had taken out PPI. In my agreement it says that PPP is underwritten by Norwich Union Insurance Limited. Should i contact mazda credit or norwich union to see if i can claim?

The general text of the agreement would mention the underwriter whether you had PPI or not. However, the breakdown of the costs would specify the PPI premium if you had it (ie. amount borrowed and PPI premium added on)
