Are direct debits to my spouse`s Tesco accounts from my Co-op current account OK?

I need 4 direct debits to be taken from my new Co-op current account to qualify for the £4 monthly reward. My spouse and I each have Tesco Internet Saver and Instant Access savings accounts. I can pull 2 direct debits to each of my Tesco savings accounts but is it OK to pull 2 direct debits to my spouses Tesco savings accounts. I think this is OK but I am unsure if this is possible.

4xDD's ? possibly
1x Internet Saver
1x Instant Access
1x pay pal
1x joint saver/access0 -
Make all the existing Tesco accounts joint (if that's even possible)?
Double up your existing sole holdings, ie another Internet Saver and IASA each?
Many options!0 -
Did anyone ever determine whether the requirement is for, four DD mandates, or four DD payments0

I don't think anyone has been paid out yet have they? There are several 'trials' ongoing (here's one https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/5391121 post #69), and it appears early indications are looking promising.ceredigion wrote: »Did anyone ever determine whether the requirement is for, four DD mandates, or four DD payments0 -
Thanks - I doubled up my existing Internet saver and Instant Access accounts in my sole name. This worked well because the application process incorporates setting up direct debits to fund the new accounts.I wonder how many of these accounts one can have?0
