Terms & Conditions

Spend £40 or more on one or more items from the Clothing, Footwear, Jewellery and/or Watches stores (each a “Qualifying Item”) in a single purchase order, and enter the Promotional Code [FASH2011] at checkout to receive a £10 discount on your purchase order (“Offer”). Maximum of 1 Offer per customer.
2. Offer begins on 11 April, 2011 and ends at 23:59 GMT on 17th April, 2011 (“Offer Period”). Purchase orders must be completed during the Offer Period. Offer is subject to availability and may be changed or withdrawn without notice by Amazon.co.uk. Offer only applies to Qualifying Items purchased from and dispatched by Amazon.co.uk. It does not apply to purchases made from third-party sellers at Amazon.co.uk's Marketplace platform or at any of Amazon.co.uk's Trusted Partner sites, or from Amazon.com, Amazon.de, Amazon.fr, Amazon.it, Amazon.co.jp, Amazon.cn or Amazon.ca.
3. Promotional Code cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Promotional codes may not be used on any existing orders.
4. The Promotional Code can only be used toward a single purchase order (which order may consist of one or more items).
5. If you cancel your order for one or more Qualifying Items such that your total order value drops below £40, the Offer ceases to apply and you will not receive the £10 promotional discount. If you return a Qualifying Item, Amazon.co.uk reserves the right to charge you (using the payment method you used for the original order) for the value of the discount you received as part of this Offer, without notice.
6. If you cancel your order for one or more Qualifying Items such that your total order value drops below £40, the Offer ceases to apply and you will not receive your £10 promotional gift certificate. If you return a Qualifying Item, Amazon.co.uk reserves the right to withdraw your promotional gift certificate and/or charge you (using the payment method you used for the original order) for the value of the promotional gift certificate or part thereof, if you have already redeemed the promotion code.
7. Each Promotional Code has no cash redemption value and may not be transferred or assigned.
8. Postage and packing will be applied to each item in accordance with Amazon.co.uk's standard delivery rates and policies.

Amazon marketplace are individual sellers so they charge postage at whatever level they choose.

No codes for the marketplace in general exist as such - individual sellers may offer various promotions but they will be unique to themselves.

I always factor the postage as part of the overall cost - the item may be cheap but adding on the postage gives the true cost. £6.99 does sound a bit steep - perhaps email the seller and ask them for a reduction?
