I agree but this particular social worker claims to of known many RF patients who have failed in their claim so I think the person in question has been left very down hearted with it all.....I'm going to help from now on and source the appropriate help....I was just wondering if anyone on here was or has experienced problems in claiming for RF.
my thought is that the particular social worker 'helped' make these claims that failed ....
PIP is a specialised field, and a well intentioned social worker is not the best person to help

I do not know who this Social Worker is, but they are clearly giving out information which could be damaging.

I have experienced of living with someone with ESRF. They claimed DLA for many years getting HRM and LRC. Renal Failure is a complicated illness and it's not just a case having dialysis and life plods on. Dialysis is tiring and can lead to many complications.

Make a claim, and submit hospital letters, given your friends history and added complications I should think PIP would be payable.

ESRF killed the person I am talking about, despite transplants. I wish your friend lots of luck for the future.
