Depends surely on the role, particularly when it comes to gender. Out of 22 employees, only one is a woman. I've read different stats, but even at the highest, female truck drivers are at max 5%, I suspect tht female trampers ( drivers who are away from home ) are even rarer. And everyone is white.:eek:0
