Buyer has returned item to wrong address

    I think the Collect+ stuff is just a red herring and that the customer has simply sent the parcel to the wrong address. Getting Amazon to understand this might be a problem.

    The item was to be delivered to "Local Shop" not "Acacia Avenue", and the item has been delivered to "Local Shop" so the customer may argue the item got to where it was meant to go.

    Personally I have a lot of sympathy with the op. But I would also have sympathy with the customer since the parcel got to where it was meant to go i.e. "Local Shop", and with Tyrone Black's name on it.

    The problem seems to be with either Collect+ or "Local shop". It seems someone in one of these organisations was dishonest (or incompetent if the item was lost rather than stolen).
