Incapacity Medical

I have an Incapacity medical to go to at the end of may and it says something about forms of ID. Well I dont have a valid passport nor do I own a driving license. So what can I take? I don't have any bills in my name either as they are all in my partners name. I think I need three types of ID.

So any help is much appreciated thankyou.

may have some suggestions.

Do attend the interview even if you can't find the type of proof they request. As a last resort you could get a doctor/magistrate or similar person to sign the back of a photo of you as proof.

Thank you for your help.I had a look on the site and I'm still stuck as the only thing I have is my birth certificate and bank statements. So thats two I guess...Would they accept a letter from DWP stating the benefits I get? If so that's my three forms .

I'm sure that would be fine.

It's their problem if you have genuinely provided all the evidence you have and presented yourself for assessment and they then refuse to accept that you are you. I they end your benefit you will be able to appeal and present yourself at appeal with evidence that you were willing to submit to a medical assessment and they refused to conduct it.

Perhaps if you've a camera which date stamps the photo you could ask the receptionist to take a photo of you while you there to show to the appeal. But I am quite sure it won't come to this.
