Never missed a payment, poor credit score?

We checked my partner credit history today on noddle and when he last checked in 2014 it was 4/5 but today its 1/5 and 548 in the credit score section.
We've never missed any payments on his phone bill, bank, catalogue, small loan and insurance etc.
Is there something we can do to improve this? I don't understand why it would be so low

You don't need to do anything to improve it, as it's meaningless. The random fluctuation in scores is purely to encourage you to buy some of the additional services from the CRAs.
Just check that all the data on your files is accurate, including electoral roll, financial associates and so on.0 -

In all seriousness a 999 score isn't going to make you any happier in life. The same way 3000 Instagram likes on a damn filtered pic isn't going to fulfil your dreams.0
