I bought a second one which was a different model and I presumed they would have improved the batteries !0

battery life on the v6 that I have is about 20 mins....not a lot but it also doesnt take long to charge up either....
there isnt an indicator to say that its running low on battery and yes has a tendency to suddenly stop working but actually I do find a good little powerful vac for cleaning edges and hard to reach placesfrugal October...£41.82 of £40 food shopping spend for the 2 of us!
2017 toiletries challenge 179 out 145 in ...£18.64 spend0 -
Yep - bit of a con how they're advertised. Run time tends to be around 6 mins on full power, turn down the power on those models that support it and it'll run for longer - but suck up less!
Not really a replacement for a plugged in model, but useful for quick tidy up. I've had one for years and its very useful cleaning up spilt cat litter and DIY drilling debris!0 -
We just bought a V6 and it does some really strange things. It sort of 'revs' intermittantly and refuses to swap between normal and max power.
This is the fourth cordless we've bought and it will be the third going back to the shop. Someone stole our GTech from husband's car but even that was annoying.
I'm buying a regular, small, corded Dyson.Everything that is supposed to be in heaven is already here on earth.
