Getting rid of a CCJ

Hi
My CCJ debt was passed to TNC at the same time as I was attempting to make my final four payments (I enhanced my payments as I was able to settle earlier than scheduled).
TNC disputed ever receiving the final payments and I was able to evidence my bank statements to them showing the payments. This was in October last year and since then, and despite chasing, I have received no further response from them!
I'm obviously very keen for my credit file to be updated with this as settled.
Is this a matter I should take up with The Ombudsman?
