Has anyone got one and what do you think of it?

I need to replace my slow cooker and possibly my pressure cooker.
I also looked at multi cookers, if anyone has experience of those.
Thanks

I have the IP Lux60 and I absolutely love it! Mine only has the single pressure setting, and I think the Duo has a couple of extra programmes than mine too.
I bought it about a year ago when I was wanting to replace a very old stove top pressure cooker (the seal had gone and it was so old we couldn't find a replacement). I think the Instant Pot has been one of the best kitchen gadgets I've ever bought....a year later and I'm using it almost every week - either as a slow cooker, a pressure cooker, a steamer or for rice.
I find it very easy to use - set the time, put the lid on and go. No need need to keep an eye on it to make sure its at the right pressure and it turns off automatically when done. Mine has a delay timer - which is great if you're going to be out all day. I love that you saute your onions etc. in the same pot and then put it straight on to pressure or slow cook - no extra washing up. The rice programme isn't great: it tends to overcook the rice so I just use the manual setting and that comes out perfectly.
I would definitely recommend the Instant Pot, no way would I go back to a stove top pressure cooker now. Also because of the different functions, you don't need a separate slow cooker so it saves space in the cupboard too - I haven't used my old slow cooker once since I got the Instant Pot.0 -

Thanks, Vampgirl!
You've sold it to me.

Just to join the Instant Pot party, I also bought one a little over a year ago to replace a slow cooker and it is the best "gadget" I ever bought. I mainly use the pressure cooker (once I got the hang of it!), and love being able to knock up lovely stews, chillis, curries, soups mid-week in very little time and without having to get up early to put on the slow cooker. I also use it to cook brown rice and lots of beans/pulses (you can get away without soaking!). Amazon often have the 6-in-1 in their daily deals for around £80-£90 (currently £99) and although it is a fair bit more than a slow cooker, it really does earn its keep! The 7-in-1 (makes yoghurt) is a bit more.0
