Hi,
Has anyone had problems getting a refund for a faulty item from Amazon? Do you have any tips? I find they keep stalling or passing the buck.

How long have you had the item you are looking to return and what are they telling you to do?
I have always found Amazon to be spot on with returns - they have asked me to contact the manufacturer if something was faulty to see if they had are troubleshooting tips that could sort it out without having to go through a return.0 -
Yeah, on the occasions I've had to return something to Amazon they've been excellent.
