Hi can somebody help please as im not sure if ovo are lying to me.
Ive just switched over to ovo from eon. Im on a prepayment meter i was quoted 11.94pkw
Ive checked my meter and it say 13.42pkw i phoned then to ask and they say my my meter can take up to ten days or 10 top ups to update. They said im getting charged the lower rate even though its not showing. I dont believe it though as all the other rates got changed on the meter. Surely if my meter says one price how can i be charged lower? Is this true in what they say or a lie??
