Savings advice for 40k

Hi, just looking for some friendly advice
I recently received some money (25k) which i have added to my A&L direct saver - in total i now have approx 40k in there. I have already used up my maximum ISA amount, and was wondering what options i have. Ideally i don't want to take any sort of risk with the money, and i will probably need access to all of it in just over 2 years time (house deposit!), although i will not need to touch any of it within this time period.
Thanks in advance

Hi interest savings account (Sainsburies, ICESAVE or ICICI). Too short a period and too much risk to invest in stock market.0
