So I've had my account for years, only had a few issues. Charged Intrest even though I've always paid the "take 3" amount or paid of BNPL items before the Intrest free period ends. What they don't tell you is they charge you Intrest on the £3.99 delivery charge. Chasing up returns ect but over all it was ok. Until…

Didn't say it was. But you'd be surprised how many struggle with it just because the riddle says to add the £2 to the £27. The £2 is already included in the £27 when what they should be doing is adding the £1 each of the 3 received back.
