A DRO will remove your liability for a joint debt but the other party will become liable for the full amount and can be pursued as such.0

Hi,
No you cant change who is liable for any debt, is it a great deal of money ?
What type of debt is it ?
You can release your liability for it through a DRO, but not his, unless he also does a DRO.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Debt free wannabe, Credit file and ratings, and Bankruptcy and living with it boards.
