Are you saying you submitted your appeal to POPLA yesterday and got an evidence pack TODAY emailed by APCOA direct to you? Are you sure you used the POPLA website...this is really odd. Far too fast.

That's exactly what has happened. My appeal to POPLA on Tuesday 9th. Evidence pack from ACPOA e-mailed to me on Wed 10th , followed an hour later from a further mail from POPLA stating i have 7 days to respond to ACPOA's 'evidence'.
Does my reply on the relevant land look good enough ?

As there are lots of byelaw cases on this forum, the POPLA adjudication from new POPLA is of great interest to all the regulars.

Will you please ensure that you come back on this thread (as well as POPLA DECISIONS) to let us know the outcome? By doing so, you may be helping hundreds of others.

Will do, i have now commented back on the 'evidence' . What was slightly annoying is that there is a 2000 character limit on what you could submit and no way to upload further documents as you could in the first stage of POPLA.

Above should read after initial POPLA appeal rather than email. The appeal has been completed via the POPLA website.

How long should it be before POPLA decide the outcome ?

That information doesn't appear to be easy to locate on their website.

it takes as long as it takes and they dont set a timescale which is why you wont find it , although you would have thought in a week or two following all the subissions, but currently they are still dealing with cases from late 2015
