Vax online order problem

I saw that Vax were selling a pressure washer at a decent price so ordered online on saturday pm. Originally, i opted for delivery sat 30th to my home address. but before submitting the form, i changed this to delivery on weds 27th to my work address. After submitting, i saw that the delivery details were wrong, sat 30th to my work. This was no good to me as work is shut on saturdays.
So i immediately emailed customer support requesting a change to the delivery date. Vax responded 24 hrs later to say they could not change either the delivery address or date after order submission. I then asked them to cancel the order so i could re-submit. But they refused to do this.
So, because their order process messed up, i'll have to try contact the courier myself and sort it out. I wasnt impressed by the lack of help from Vax customer care and wish i hadnt bothered.
Update: Despite saying that cancelling the order was not possible, within 1 hr of posting this, Vax have graciously offered to cancel and refund.
