Email Issues - being returned undelivered + receiving multiple copies

I dont know if these two issues are connected or not.

For some time, over a year I suspect, emails sent to me by certain people have been returned to them as undeliverable. On resending/forwarding it would leave & I would receive the email. I thought it might be a compatibility issue with Macs and didn't give it a lot of thought. I dont have a Mac.

Recently a colleague, who doesn't use a Mac, and I are having a separate issue. I am receiving several copies of the same email, they continue to come at random times, even during the night. Her response is "I kept getting a mailer Daemon message stating the email had been returned thank goodness I hadn't resent it." This isnt just one email, but every one I am copied into. The other colleague (Mac user) doesn't get either the delivery error or the multiple emails.

If this rings a bell with you please let me know so I can take steps to fix it. if it doesnt where do I begin to sort it. My email address is linked with my website so i wondered about my webmaster. Is it something to do with my email platform eMClient or the webmail account?

What is the exact error message in these "mailer Daemon message stating the email had been returned"?

I copied & pasted what I was told but that's probably paraphrased. I'll ask my colleague to forward me the email if it might be helpful.
