The best return would be to pay of your overdraft, CC, and debts

I am working on that aswell!! The catalalogue and overdraft will go this month and a seperate savings account has been opened for my loans which ill meet half way and pay off.

thanks wombat42 i'll have a look in to them, whats the pro's about those inparticular?

They are all instant access and top rates (around 6.3% interest)

do you gain the interest after 12 months or monthly?

the savings account i have with A&L is 12%. there must be some kind of catch with that im guessing, after seeing many posts saying 6% is good

ICESAVE & ICICI tell you of your interest monthly, Sainsburies tell you annually. But it doesnt matter too much as say, if you closed your Sainsburies account after 7 months you would still get all interest due.
