BT Studio 1100 problems

Hey,
We've had a set of BT's wireless phones in our house for several months now. The setup as we have it is a BT Studio 1500 set of 2 phones and a base/ answer phone combo, and upstairs we have a BT Studio 1100, registered to the downstairs base.
This has been working fine up until a couple of weeks ago, now for some unknown reason, when receiving a incoming call, the upstairs Studio 1100 rings until you pick it up. Then instead of the call answering it just beeps once and the other two phones carry on ringing.

I haven’t got any idea as to why this might be happening, nothing has changed to make this stop working, and it still can make outgoing and internal calls. The base is still working fine and the phones batteries are working fine.

If anyone can help me it would be greatly appreciated.
Alan
