Goods turned up after refund, what to do ?

Bought some car mats for £40 off an online shop 18th Dec, paid by Paypal, showing as in stock for delivery so expected them by Christmas. Anyway they didn't turn up so chased the company via email (no response) and then via Paypal dispute (no response).
Paypal resolved case in my favor 16th Jan 2016 and applied a refund as seller did not respond to them either after 10 days.
Surprisingly 22nd Jan i get an automated email from the seller saying goods dispatched and 2 days later the mats turn up !
Problem is i've already bought some now from elsewhere and had a full refund , i have little inclination to chase the seller now, shall i just leave them unopened a while see what happens ? (seems a bit dishonest :-) )or email them saying you can collect at your expense, whether they respond of course is another matter.

If you keep them, you are accepting them, so they will then have 6 years to chase you for the debt.
Legally, you need to contact the seller, and ask for them to arrange for the mats to be collected at YOUR convenience. Whether that is a courier or prepaid envelope, depends what is convenient.
They might tell you just to keep them.Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')
Would've = Would HAVE (not 'of')
No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)0 -

If you don't want to pay for them don't use them just yet.
You need to give the seller a letter asking them to pick the goods up either by a courier or you dropping them off somewhere convenient for you. I live across the road from a post office I would rather drop them off there than wait in for a courier.
If they respond back saying you can keep them then you can open them and use them or even sell them.:footie:

Thx for the replies, i will email them to advise the goods have arrived and they can collect them.
But i'm concerned that the only contact i have is an email address and i know they don't answer as both myself and Paypal tried for over two weeks ?
Would my email be enough proof of attempt to contact should any dispute occur ?0 -
Doesn't their website show a contact address? All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.
Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.0 -
I would think they will reply now if you are saying you have them.~We are all going to hell and guess who Is driving the bus~*Norn Iron club Member 294* (Hi, we’ve had to remove part of your signature. 3 emails sent, to 3 address's....
helpfully the website says

Have you tried their enquiry form?0

Yes tried that, both at time of dispute and just now, no response. Sounds petty but loathed to spend much time or effort or even a recorded letter cost on a web based sales company that can't be bothered to respond to customer emails.
I'll leave it at the three emails for now see what happens.
Thx all.0 -
