BT Prepaid Mastercard deal

Hi,
Can someone help me?
BT is offering new customers a prepaid Mastercard for £75-£125.
Would receiving one be captured on credit history at all or leave any mark?
I would go for a new BT package but I don't one mark on my credit history.

Thanks.
Viktor

No. It's a pre-paid card. There's no credit. Its usage won't be reported to the Credit Reference Agencies.

That's terrible! I had presumed they"d send it out automatically until I did a search on their site. I guess they're hoping some people would forget.

I have logged a case via web chat which seems to be the best way to communicate as I can save their responses bt print pdf file. They claim the following "Okay, Our Gift Voucher's Team had back log and couldn't able to deliver gift card on time. I'm sorry about that."

I am going to keep pushing as its kind of why I took the deal in the first place. With the card cashback it made sense.
