'Are You Thready?' (UK) Competition
These are the terms and conditions that govern the relationship between you, the entrant and White Stuff Limited of Canterbury Court, Kennington Park, 1-3 Brixton Road, London, SW9 6DE.

ELIGIBILITY
Are You Thready (UK)? ("the competition") is only open to residents in the UK. You have to be over 18 to enter the competition.

The following people are not eligible to enter the competition:

Employees of White Stuff, its respective subsidiaries and associated companies including the prize supplier if applicable
Immediate family members of White Stuff employees or members of their household
White Stuff assumes that by entering the competition you have the legal capacity to do so and agree to these terms and conditions.

HOW TO ENTER
To enter the competition you must submit your A5 patch for judging at your local White Stuff shop on Thursday 10th March 2016, or send your patch to the below address

Only one entry is allowed per person.

There is no entry fee and no purchase required.

PROMOTION PERIOD
Our local shops will be hosting an event on Thursday 10th March 2016 where you can submit your patch for judging ( if you can't get to a shop please send your patch to the above address to arrive by no later than 10th March 2016). For every entry we receive White Stuff will donate £5 to the shop's local charity via the White Stuff Foundation.

The winner from each shop will receive a £50 White Stuff voucher and will be in for a chance to win a crafting holiday for two in Italy.

Every patch will become part of a beautiful cushion or quilt that will be sent to our local shop charities.

Any costs incurred are at the personal cost of the entrant.

There is no cash alternative and White Stuff's £5 donation is non-transferable.

SELECTION OF WINNER
Phase 1: We will select a winning entry from each shop and a winning online entry. Shops will judge* the patches to determine the winning entry at 4pm on 10th March 2016. The shops will contact the winner by [phone] on the 10th March and arrange for them to receive their £50 White Stuff Gift voucher.

If the winner cannot be contacted after two (2) attempts within three (3) business days of the decision date, we reserve the right to select an alternate winner.

PRIZE: £50 GIFT VOUCHER

There is one (1) competition prize of £50 White Stuff voucher per shop and posted entries.
The prize must be accepted as awarded and is non-transferable. If, due to circumstances beyond our control, we are unable to provide the stated prize, we reserve the right to award a substitute prize of equal or greater value.
No cash alternative.
Phase 2: All shop & posted winners will be sent to HQ where on the 24th March 2016 a judging **panel will judge all the shop/posted winning patches and choose an overall winner of the crafting holiday for 2 in Italy. The overall winner will be announced on the 31st March 2016 and contacted by phone.

PRIZE: CRAFTING HOLIDAY FOR 2 IN ITALY

The winner will receive a 6 Night Boro Textiles retreat for two people to Italy on the 20th -26th August 2016, courtesy of Made on Holiday Ltd.

The prize consists of:

Return flights to Pisa (Italy) from the closest convenient airport providing direct flights for the prize winner.
Return ground transfers between the winner's UK mainland address and the UK airport, or a contribution of £100(one hundred pounds) if the winner resides further than 150 miles from the airport.
Return transfers between the airport (Pisa) to the hotel
Four days' tuition
Materials and access to tools and equipment for the duration of the retreat;
One free day
Six nights' accommodation
Welcoming dinner
Full board including continental breakfast, light lunches and evening meal, except for the free day
Coffee and tea on workshops days
Use of all the facilities according to the venue services (usually Wi-Fi, outdoor swimming pool in season, gardens or outdoor patio).
The prize must be taken on the 20-26 August 2016
The two places could be two participants or one participant and their non-participating partner.
The prize(s) must be accepted as awarded and is non-transferable. Alternative dates are not available. There is no cash alternative. If, due to circumstances beyond our control, we are unable to provide the stated prize, we reserve the right to award a substitute prize of equal or greater value.
Travel insurance is not included. We advise those attending the crafting holiday to obtain their own travel insurance.
Accommodation will be in a twin-bedded room (double if requested and available);
Full board excludes drinks
All tools and materials will be supplied and included - nearer departure time, the tutor may encourage the winner to bring a small amount of additional material to personalise their work.
Any extras not detailed in the prize will be charged in full.
The prize must not be used in conjunction with any other booking.
The trip is scheduled to run from Saturday 20th - Friday 26th August 2016. We reserve the right to amend, or in an extreme situation, cancel the retreat due to circumstances outside our control; if this course of action is necessary another similar retreat will be offered in 2016, or the same or similar retreat in 2017.

White Stuff reserves the right to select an alternative winner in the event that we have reasonable grounds for believing that a winner has contravened any of these Terms and Conditions.

The name and home county of the winner will be available for one (1) month after the judging takes place by sending a stamped self-addressed envelope to 'The Marketing Team' at the address set out above.

GENERAL
By entering the competition you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (which may be amended or varied at any time by us with or without notice), by our decisions which are final and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.

All changes to the Terms and Conditions will be posted in revised terms and conditions on the website.

We regret that entries submitted to the competition cannot be returned. Entries must be the original work of the entrant and not copied wholly or substantially from any other work or material or any other source. By entering the competition, you assign to White Stuff all rights, title and interest in and to the Intellectual Property Rights in the entry, which may be reproduced for publicity, marketing and other purposes.

We accept no responsibility for lost, stolen, delayed, damaged, misaddressed, undelivered, postage due or misdirected entries.

Personal information collected from entrants will be used by us solely in connection with the competition and will not be disclosed to any third party except for the purpose of operating the competition and fulfilling prizes where applicable.

By entering the competition you agree to the use of your name and address in publicity relating to the competition and you are giving White Stuff permission to contact you at a future date for the purpose of administering the competition.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.

* Judging in shops will be conducted by the White Stuff store manager and the relevant charity representative (where available).

** A judging panel including two independent judges (whose name are available on request) will) will decide the overall winner on the 24th March
