Credit report address confusion

Hello everybody, I was wondering if anyone can give me some advice. I have been registered on clearscore for a few months now and my score has remained stable and OK. I have a 2 credit cards and was planning to shift the debt onto an interest free one. Clearscore suggested a virgin one as 70% chance of acceptance with my score, a soft search here on martins money only suggested i would be accepted 10% of the time. I went ahead with the application and was rejected straight off. after a little bit off investigation it looks like on clearscore my flat address is down as ground 1. The only usable address on the pull down menu on the virgin credit card application and martins money is flat 0/1 there is no ground 1 select-able. On clearscore there is no flat 0/1 selectable only ground 1. Would this be enough for rejection.? My credit cards are down as 0/1 and clearscore was able to find these and are linked to my clearscore account. On a post office postcode search there is only 0/1 no ground 1. Is this error enough to ruin my credit score or give me a false one on clearscore?
