SPECIFIC PRIZE TERMS & CONDITIONS
24. Dates of travel are weekends, between April 1 & October 31 2016, excluding UK and US national holidays.
25. Prize is subject to availability with no cash alternative and is non-transferable and non-refundable.
26. At least one person travelling must be 18 or over. If winner is under 18 then his/her guest must be his/her parent or guardian. The music schedule at Electric Factory is open to all ages.
27. There are no restrictions for the exclusive “Creed” filming locations tour.
28. Hotel is based on two people sharing one room. The hotel will take a credit card pre-authorisation or cash deposit to cover any incidentals. Winner and his/her guest are solely responsible for all other meals and expenses not specifically set forth herein.
29. Winner and his/her guest must have valid passports and visas/permissions if applicable. Winner and his/her guest are responsible for registering with the US Visa Waiver programme: https://esta.cbp.dhs.gov if applicable.
